The natural environment of S’Establit

In Mallorca, nature is more than a landscape — it is part of everyday life. The island has preserved a unique environment where centuries-old olive trees, Mediterranean woodland and cultivated fields still hold the essence of traditional agriculture. At S’Establit, this connection to the land is the heart of our project and what makes every visit to the finca an authentic experience.

An olive grove in harmony with the island

The S’Establit olive grove extends across a landscape characteristic of Mallorca. More than 1,200 trees — empeltre, picual and arbequina — grow here in conditions that provide the ideal climate and soil. Each tree is a witness to the island’s agricultural history and plays an essential role in the making of our organic extra virgin olive oil.

Biodiversity and life on the finca

The finca is more than an olive grove — it is a living ecosystem. Carob and other fruit trees grow alongside the olives, enriching biodiversity, while free-range hens move around freely, contributing to the land’s natural balance. This diversity reflects the philosophy of S’Establit: to work with nature, not against it.

Commitment to sustainability

Respect for the environment is one of our core principles. At S’Establit, we follow organic farming practices and use renewable energy to reduce our environmental impact. We believe the future of agriculture depends on caring for the resources we have today.

A landscape that becomes an experience

The surroundings of S’Establit are a fundamental part of our identity. The olive grove, fruit trees and biodiversity create a Mallorcan landscape that reflects tradition and authenticity. Walking through the finca shows how nature and agricultural work coexist in balance, giving life to an oil that is a direct expression of the land itself.
